Welcome to Someone’s House, the event venue created for hosts who demand privacy, order, and single-use precision. By booking or entering Someone’s House, you accept the entirety of the rules, terms, and conditions described in this document. The policies described herein exist to guarantee smooth event operations, respect for every user’s booking, and the highest possible standards for guest safety, property maintenance, and the experience of everyone within the house. Users, guests, staff, vendors, and third-party participants are bound by every clause below.
Someone’s House serves exclusively as a venue for private and professional events.
Sleeping, overnight stays, or temporary residence remain outside the scope of permitted use.
Booking a slot provides guests and users with event access—never lodging or accommodation rights.
No guest, user, vendor, staff member, or third party may remain on site beyond the event hours established during booking.
The owner and management reserve full discretion to request exit from the premises at the scheduled end time.
All bookings require advance payment in full prior to the event date.
Confirmation, access codes, and calendar slots are granted only after payment clears in the venue’s account.
Booking windows run a minimum of four hours, up to a maximum of twelve.
Late payment or non-payment voids any booking request and releases the slot for other users.
Entry codes, keys, or digital passes will be issued upon receipt of payment.
Re-sale, transfer, or exchange of bookings without express written approval is strictly prohibited.
Only those on the approved guest list gain access; the guest list must be submitted no less than twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled event.
Arrive and depart at the precise hours stated in your booking.
Early entry without approval or delayed exit causes disruption to the house schedule and other users.
Setup and teardown periods must be specified and included in total booking hours.
House staff have the authority to remove any group exceeding their allotted time.
Should additional time be required, hosts must request an extension no later than two hours prior to the scheduled end of use.
Staff will review and approve extensions at their discretion, subject to venue availability and fee payment.
All users, guests, vendors, and staff must maintain standards of order, professionalism, and decorum.
No guest or group may disrupt, harass, or endanger others within the venue.
Physical altercations, threats, or intimidation trigger immediate removal and permanent ban.
Property damage, vandalism, theft, or misuse of any facility, furniture, or equipment leads to fee recovery, reporting to legal authorities, and booking cancellation.
Excessive noise, unsanctioned entry into restricted areas, or unauthorized use of technical systems remains strictly forbidden.
Substance abuse, public intoxication, or use of illicit materials results in termination of the event and ejection of all involved.
Events are scheduled in close succession, requiring guests to honor both their own slot and others’.
Noise, light, or scent must be confined within the rented area; common areas must remain neutral and undisturbed.
Hosts, guests, and all users must avoid interfering with other ongoing events, bookings, or staff routines.
Respect for the facility’s decor, art, fixtures, and equipment is expected at all times.
Improper use or adjustment of lighting, sound, climate, or decor systems by unauthorized persons is prohibited.
Each host, booking party, or guest holds direct responsibility for their own conduct and the behavior of every invitee.
Supervision of children, dependent adults, or guests with special requirements falls under the booking party’s care.
Guests remain accountable for lost or stolen items, personal property, and safe use of the premises.
Valuables should be kept secure; Someone’s House is not responsible for the security of personal belongings.
Staff members are not required to store, transport, or monitor user property.
Someone’s House employs trained security and event management personnel at all times.
Security officers maintain authority to check credentials, verify guest lists, and regulate entry or exit as needed.
Staff retain the right to remove any guest, vendor, or participant for disruptive, dangerous, or illegal conduct.
Security checks and monitoring systems operate throughout events to guarantee the safety of guests, staff, and property.
House rules empower staff to call local authorities or medical services when circumstances require.
The house offers event spaces with a full suite of sound, light, projection, and climate controls.
Technical support is available upon request and subject to pre-event approval.
Equipment, decor, and technical infrastructure must be used only as directed by staff or house-approved vendors.
Any damage to furniture, fixtures, technical gear, or decor becomes the booking party's financial responsibility.
No outside equipment may be brought on site without prior approval and inspection by house staff.
Hosts may select from approved catering partners or supply their own chefs, subject to venue approval.
All food and drink must be prepared, served, and stored in compliance with health and safety codes.
Alcohol is allowed but must be served by licensed providers and consumed responsibly.
Hosts remain accountable for all conduct related to food, drink, and related waste.
Improper disposal of waste, spills, or damage due to catering leads to cleaning fees.
House staff handle cleaning and resetting between bookings, but guests must exit the venue in a reasonable order.
Major mess, excessive debris, or property left behind incurs cleaning surcharges.
Waste, recycling, and catering debris must be placed in designated bins.
Uncollected items will be held for up to twenty-four hours, then disposed of or donated at the house’s discretion.
Fire exits, alarms, and medical stations must stay clear at all times.
No blockages, temporary furniture, or event decor may impede emergency routes.
Staff will brief hosts on emergency evacuation procedures at event start.
In case of fire, medical event, or other emergency, guests must comply immediately with staff instructions.
Medical kits, defibrillators, and first aid are available; report any incident to staff at once.
Events outside management’s control—weather, civil order, power loss, public health emergencies, or governmental actions—may disrupt event plans.
In these circumstances, house management will communicate the next steps and propose rescheduling or partial refund as applicable.
Booking party, guests, vendors, and all users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Someone’s House, its owners, staff, and partners from any liability, damage, injury, loss, claim, or legal proceeding resulting from improper use, negligence, or violation of rules.
Insurance for special equipment, high-value items, or large-scale productions remains the sole responsibility of the user.
Someone’s House reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
Updates take effect immediately and are posted at the venue and on the house’s official communication channels. Continued use or booking constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Booking, entry, or use of Someone’s House constitutes full acceptance of every term and condition in this agreement.
Users, hosts, and guests affirm that they have read, understood, and will comply with all requirements, policies, and standards set forth by the venue.
