What kind of events can I host?

The house's flexible layout supports dinners, parties, product launches, photo shoots, panel talks, and more. The event format is determined entirely by the host's plan.

How many guests can it accommodate?

The space comfortably accommodates up to 200 people. A host may set a lower number based on their event's specific format.

Is it a residence or a venue?

It is a venue with the design and atmosphere of a private residence. It is available for temporary bookings and provides event space, without overnight accommodation.

Where is the house located?

Someone's House sits on Al Kyahhat Avenue, Al Quoz. We provide the exact address upon booking confirmation or a scheduled tour.

How do I book the house?

You begin by submitting your proposed event format and date range. Our team reviews the request, and we proceed with the formal reservation process upon approval.

Yes, private tours are available by appointment. We ask you to schedule your visit in advance to respect the privacy of other confirmed bookings.

How long is a standard booking?

A standard reservation period ranges from four to ten hours. The host defines the time block needed for their setup, event, and exit.

What does a booking include?

A booking lets you use the entire house, its furniture, the sound and light systems, and the garden. Access is total; all areas are open to your group.

What is the payment process?

We require full payment in advance to confirm and lock in your date. The payment finalizes your reservation and our agreement to keep the space for you.

Is the furniture arrangement fixed?

The house maintains its core furniture and decoration to preserve its character. Should your event require additional items, you may arrange rentals after a discussion with our management. The host manages all logistics for external furniture, which covers its delivery and removal within the booking period.

Is there an outdoor area?

Yes, the house includes a mezzanine garden. The roof panels can retract to create an open-air environment upon the host's request.

Are kitchen facilities available?

A functional preparation kitchen is available for your appointed chef or catering team. It is equipped for event service.

What is the total size of the space?

The house offers over 400 square meters of usable interior space. This includes the main floor area, the mezzanine level, the second floor, and service areas.

Can I decorate the space?

Yes, you may bring in your own decorations or scenic elements. Any additions must be installed and removed within your booking's time frame.

How do I play my music?

The sound system connects to a phone, laptop, or a professional DJ controller. You have complete control over the audio source and volume.

Can I control the lighting?

Yes, the entire lighting grid is managed from a central control panel. You can select preset scenes or create a custom lighting map for your event.

Are there screens available?
